Anglia Care Group is currently seeking motivated and compassionate care and support staff to join our team we supply staffing to Elderly . We are a well-established care agency provider with a reputation for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable adults in the community.

Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes or in a residential care setting
Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene
Providing emotional support to clients and their families
Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times
Adhering to care plans and completing documentation as required

Requirements:

Relevant care qualifications or experience in a similar role
A positive and caring attitude with a passion for making a difference
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
