A Production Operative’s duties will include:
- Working in a team on a busy production line
- Working to tight deadlines to ensure the end clients' needs are met
- Ensure that Hygiene and Quality policies are adhered to at all times
- Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
The following skills are essential for this Production Operative position:
- Always be punctual
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly at all times
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, to ensure targets are met
