Job description
We are looking for Production Operatives/Manual Production Line Workers to join our well-established team based in Hadleigh, Suffolk
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all production achieves the highest quality standards in line with the company's quality procedures ensuring all necessary documentation and labelling etc. is completed and records maintained
- Ensuring that a safe and clean working environment is always maintained
- Ensuring you always adhere to company procedures and rules and follow both verbal and written instruction
- Ensuring all production is carried out in accordance with job sheets, work orders, packaging specifications
- Ensuring all manufacture is completed in a timely fashion within the given timescales to meet the required delivery date
- Ensuring all company documentation is completed and records maintained in accordance with the company's procedure
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Supervisor across other production areas.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of the production environment would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to use initiative
