About The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a global business with a £2 billion + turnover. To assist Production Management in all aspects of carrying out production tasks to ensure business requirements are met. This is a full time position with rotating shifts. shifts Morning 6.30AM - 2.30PM and afternoon 2.30PM - 10.30 PM To follow all procedures and practises in line with best practise. Your key responsibilities will include: Assist in the packing of all food produced by Kober Operate machinery and equipment as required ( and if you are trained) Follow general manufacturing procedures at all times Assist with the achievement of production targets Minimise waste and productions costs Comply with hygiene policies and procedures at all times Work in a safe manner at all times Report any health & safety issues to the management team Work as part of a team and treat colleagues with dignity and respect at all times Communicate effectively with colleagues and management Work in the either department as you are needed What are we looking for?
