Job description
Hoya Lens is a Global company that employ over 39,000 people worldwide, we have had a factory on the Wrexham Industrial Estate for over 40 years employing over 200 staff. We have a friendly outgoing team and we are looking to recruit a number of Production and Warehouse Operatives to join the team.
Various shift pattern Monday to Friday and plenty of overtime. This is an excellent clean room / medical production working environment, with free onsite parking and an excellent canteen with an in-house chef!
Candidate requirements:
- No experience required as training will be provided, though any experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Reliable
- Good numeracy skills eg. counting high volume of items
- Good positive attitude to work with the ability to work to high quality standards with good attention to detail.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Understanding of individual and team targets
- Able to work hourly KPI’s
- Flexible within departments
