Salary - £24,396
Hawk 3 Recruitment are working with a specialist manufacturer based In Chepstow to recruit production operatives to join their company on a permanent basis. Excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and develop their career with a successful and established and successful firm.
Job Purpose:
To assist with the manufacture with all Products. To operate, set and program machinery as required.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
To carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment when required.
Fault find and report any defects or problems
Contributing to daily targets
To carry out all quality control checks as required.
To ensure the production area is kept in a clean operative state.
To provide cover in other areas of production when required.
Ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are met at all times. Identifying any potential safety issues.
Any other duties that may be required.
Competencies
Good team worker
Pro-active
Good communication skills
Machine setting experience
CNC experience (desirable but not essential)
