Job description
Full Time: Mon to Friday 40 hours per week
(overtime potential and optional)
Holiday: 30 days per annum (includes Bank Holidays)
Excellent rates of pay available (dependant on experience)
We are looking for a production operative to join our growing team in our Foam Factory. You will be working within one of our busy manufacturing departments. Your role will be varied and you will be expected to help out wherever you are required. You must be able to work well in a team and also on your own initiative. No experience necessary, we will provide full training if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production and packing
- Machine loading/offloading
- Additional warehouse duties
- Using manual handling equipment

- Previous production experience desirable but not essential
- Good timekeeping
- Physically fit as this role is physically demanding – some lifting required
- Good attention to detail
- A FLT licence would be beneficial but not essential
