We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our esteemed client, a leading specialist in plastic manufacturing. Shifts: Mon – Friday with some Saturday work available Hours: 42.5-52.5 hours weekly. Pay: 10.42 ph Job Type: , ongoing – Opportunities for contact. Location: CM3 Borders of Chelmsford/South Woodham Ferrers Please note – No public transport near to site. Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring state-of-the-art machinery to produce plastic components. Ensuring products meet stringent quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing. Collaborating with colleagues to assemble and package finished products. Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and work areas. Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: Prior manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
