And that really matters, because only when we’re all connected to nature, will we all commit to protect it.We manufacture natural, vegan and cruelty-free shampoos, conditioners, hand wash, body wash, soaps, household liquids, hair masks and hand and body lotions which are free of SLS and parabens.Job purpose summary:We are seeking to recruit production operatives to help with the filling and packing of product and components to finished goods specifications.Key Responsibilities:Working on a two-shift rotation and reporting to the Team Leader, your role will beTo plan tasks to ensure the production plan is met in full, making best use of resources and materials.To communicate with the Line leader to complete the required plans.To maintain and improve working methods where possible.To work as part of a Team supporting other colleagues.To ensure Quality standards are maintained.To ensure 5S and agreed housekeeping standards are maintained – clean as you go.To maintain GMP/Hygiene standards to meet company requirements.To assist the line leader to ensure process control sheets are correct, completed and signed off every day.Who are we looking for?You will ideally have some previous production experience, and understand the importance of following policies and procedures. You will have a good eye for details, a positive, can-do attitude and be a great team player.
