What You Will Do

- Strong experience with SQL and stored procedure testing with the ability to write SQL queries for testing purpose.
- Provide quality assurance of incoming data sources, audit internal systems, catch exceptions
- Gathers requirement specifications necessary for establishing testing scope
- Connect to multiple internal/external company systems, to retrieve, combine, and aggregate data to support business objectives
- Collect, organize, transform, and present data from a variety of sources
- Create standard and ad-hoc reports based on business needs
- Build systems to automate business processes and report
- Highly experienced in data management and reporting (Excel, Python, SQL)
- Excel experience (VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, etc)
- High aptitude for math and analytics, and ability to learn new tools/technologies
- Performs in-depth analysis by weighing relevance and accuracy of information to provide alternative solutions while appropriately incorporating input from others.
- Provides status and results of testing activities.
- Communicates regularly with team members, data analysts and advocates for resolution of high priority problems
- Creates, uses and maintains automated scripts to increase efficiencies in testing, including

What You Will Bring

- Strong experience with SQL and stored procedure testing with the ability to write SQL queries for testing purpose.
- continuous improvement of the QA framework and foundational work, manage test environment and data to support and execute testing, and implement and review project QA processes, standards, and tools.
- Strong experience in automating API tests.
- When required and needed assist with the releasing the version by testing features manually, create QA Test Plans, Test Cases and execute them
- Experience with AWS, Python & any scripting language.
- Providing testing leadership in design reviews, code reviews, and test reviews.
- Analyzing trends in data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of team members.
- BA or BS degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Economics or Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of experience with developing with SQL and/or Databricks with an understanding of data structures and data storage
- Proactively and openly share knowledge with the rest of the team members about automation best practices, tools, scripts and the designed framework
- Previous experience with automating API tests using Postman
- Experience with Agile / Scrum and other SDLC methodologies
- Experience with Cloud/AWS environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to successfully operate in an environment that includes ambiguity and change
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a highly dynamic environment, solid problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail
