Job description

Avondale Foods is a leading food processing company of Fresh and Chilled products supplying leading retail businesses such as Marks & Spencer, and Morrison’s and Waitrose in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare a range of products that meet company standards and customer’s specifications and requirements.
• Working within various areas of the chilled factory the job role will vary from preparing, making and packing quality food products.

• To process raw materials by manual operation and with the use of food processing machinery in line with quality and department procedures at all times

• To label products ensuring that all details, i.e., date are accurate

• To pack final products into boxes/crates as per customer requirements

• To complete required quality sheets and production documentations accurately

• To observe good housekeeping within the area and general surroundings

• To adhere to Company General Policies, i.e., Food Safety, Health Safety

• To do any other reasonable duties as required
