We are delighted that a huge demand in our products has resulted in a number of vacancies within our Production Team as Production Operatives and Machine Operators. You will receive full training so no experience is needed. You will already be highly motivated, have great communication skills with the ability to solve problems and be a team player.
We have two shifts available Monday to Friday which are full time permanent positions:
Shift: 06:00 – 15.00 40 hours a week
Shift: 15:00 - 24:00, 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities of Production Operative
Assisting in the packing of all food products produced by Community foods
· Communicating effectively with Co-Workers and Management.
· Minimising production costs.
· Minimising wastage.

Key Responsibilities of a Machine Operator
The overall responsibility of the Machine Operator is to support the production line activities within the manufacturing site including but not limited to:
· Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
· Ensuring paperwork is completed on time and accurately
· Agreeing and monitoring the day to day running of the machine.
· Liaising with departments and colleagues to ensure all materials are available
· Resolve any issues that may arise.
