EM Productions is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Production Office Assistant to join our growing team. We are an independent documentary production house based in Victoria, London. Our content ranges from current events, biographies, true crime, music, sports and more.
As Production Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Production Office Manager and Producer in day-to-day duties
- Preparing our library of digital content for international markets
- Understanding our post-production to delivery workflow
- Converting closed-captions into international subtitle formats
We're looking for someone with a passion for media (Film & TV) and the drive to work in the industry. For the most-part, our shows release on VOD platforms such as AppleTV, PrimeVideo, GooglePlay, PLUTO, Tubi etc. Our shows also go to traditional broadcast internationally.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Storng knowledge of Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
- Time management
- Problem solving
- Passionate about documentary filmmaking
- Positive energy and great people skills
This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and passionate about film, someone who is prepared to learn and very organised. You will be working as part of a 20+ person tight-knit and fast paced team.
This is a full time, on-site role so please do not apply if you are still in education.
