The Brief – Production Manager
Our client has been in business for over 100 years, during which they have developed a market leading position for the supply of compenents used within control and protection systems, that have applications in power, industry and the rail sector. They have a high specialised manufacturing team in the Midlands that produces within both workshop and clean environments. They are seeking a Production Manager to lead this Team.
The Role – Production Manager
With a focus on quality, the process and operational efficency you will be driving a series of improvements to production across of team of 60 engineers and process operators.
You will the learning the detail of what current state is and coming up with solutions on how to improve.
You will use your leadership skills to set out a vision and bring your team along with you.
The Person – Production Manager
You will be a naturally inqusitive person, who likes to manage through establish facts.
You will be dedicated to quality and ensuring a process is followed.
You will be innovate and enable to solution new ways of working.
You must be good with working with an understanding data.
A manufacturing background is essential, ideally with some electro-mechanical experience however this is not essential.
