Production Manager

Hours 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
My client is a very successful award winning and proactive manufacturing company based in Wakefield West Yorkshire. As they continue to successfully introduce new mechanical and electrical products to a global market they require an experienced Production Manager to manage the expansion program, seeking opportunities for coninuous improvement from a successful production team, whilst putting together successon planning and a team growth program. You will project manage and realise continuous improvement and be able to evidence this in your current or previous career, clearly outlining this with your CV.
- Are you passionate and want to constantly challenge the status quo to find those additional areas of improvement within the manufacturing process
- Do you have the ability to communicate, coach, lead, mentor team members to better understand the approach to continuous improvement and engender the team with the same passion for constantly improving
- You will be able to demonstrate similar Manufacture to order, Configure to order and Engineer to order background within Lean manufacturing experience
- The successful applicant will come from a mechanical background and electrical understanding
- You will also be a great communicator and leader with the potential for promotion and who seeks to step up one or two positions as the company grows.
