Production Manager / Plant Manager

Monday to Friday AM shift
We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with experience in the food industry as well as holding a degree in a tech subject or any relatable field. We are looking for the successful Production Manager to possess a good knowledge in developing production & maintenance teams as well as having a good understanding in health & safety. You would be working for a global company that specialises in manufacturing in the food industry across 100 countries.
We would be looking for the candidate to be able to elevate the shop floor to a highly efficient standard with the aim of elevating the site to one of the best in the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing 150 employees which will include the development & professional coaching of the team.
Skills required
- Previous experience working as a Production Manager.
- Possess the skills to oversee a large team.
- Ability to drive growth.

Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a tech subject
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing management position (food industry)
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing managerial position.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Strong understanding of the food industry including processes & machinery
