Role Summary
To support business performance and compliance, we are recruiting ambitious innovative Production Manager to join our dedicated and inspirational team.

As the Production Manager your duties are of paramount importance. The successful applicant will oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources are on hand. With a significant focus on continuous improvement, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and implementing improvements to process and procedures ensuring that optimal levels of performance are achieved. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices, food safety legislation, and evidence a professional track record. You’ll have to have up to date knowledge of business improvement techniques such as lean and six sigma and be able to implement and develop these to best effect within a nutraceutical manufacturing environment.
The fast-paced production environment processes can create high pressure situations that will demand a team centric approach to inspire & motivate the workforce, bringing to life organisational goals, missions, & visions.
