• Working on a challenging production site, with a wide range of plant and equipment
• Actively seek to improve processes, equipment and performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage, motivate and co-ordinate the activities of production personnel to achieve production metrics whilst ensuring product quality
• Establish strong working relationships with all departments
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all H & S requirements and procedures are adhered to.
