We are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Team Leader. You will be joining a manufacturer of high quality continence products, designed to meet the individual needs of Patients and Healthcare Professionals
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Llanishen, Cardiff
Pay Rate: £23500 per annum + bonuses after successful 13-week probation.
Working hours: Monday to Friday mornings. There is a chance that you will be required to work mornings and afternoons alternating.
As a Team Leader you will be reporting to the Factory manager and you will have a chance to progress into a Supervisor in the next 12 months.
Duties:
- Monitoring existing staff members on speed and output to ensure set time targets are being met.
- Making sure all policies and procedures are being followed correctly.
- Assisting in training of new and current staff where required.
- Reporting any issues to site manager.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous team leader experience
- Excellent, professional work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Own transport due to location
Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
