Herd Manager required, Ffostrasol, Mid Ceredigion
Ø 400 Fresian cross cows, calving March – Mid May, grass based
Ø 24/48 parlour with ACR’s, Heat collars, Drafting gate
Ø Good simple grazing and housing infrastructure
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual (or a couple) to work closely alongside owner and small team, and take charge of the management of the dairy herd. The position will suit an individual with at least 2 years experience of herd management, or keen to progress into this role, along with knowledge and interest in grassland management. Further training can be provided.
