What You’ll Do:
We have an exciting opportunity to provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the IMG Football Production Management Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the growing number of productions based out of Stockley Park and the Leeds office, including working on high profile domestic and international Outside Broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across various productions.
- Booking and organising freelance crew, onboarding and creating Work Orders on Fieldglass and scheduling plus performing Status Determination Statements where/when necessary.
- Liaison with third parties (eg freelance agencies, Talent agents) as required.
- Organising shoots and Outside Broadcasts, arranging any clearances/film permits and any associated travel/accommodation and post-production bookings, both in the UK and abroad.
- Creating and distributing call sheets and Risk Assessments and being point of contact for crew.
- Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
- Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the production manager; supervising production assistants and runners as necessary.
- Completing post production paperwork, including Music Cue sheets, Silvermouse and PAPs and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable.
- Working with the production team to set and achieve sustainability targets, including monitoring and completion of albert Carbon Footprint and Carbon Action Plans, as well as supporting the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Being point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Supervising media management and helping to establish workflows.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Please note:
- Travel to Outside Broadcast locations in the UK and potentially abroad. DOILS (days off in lieu) will be given for days worked in addition to usual working patterns.
- May require late start/finishes and weekend working where necessary.
- Travel to the IMG North Leeds office for occasional meetings etc.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Previous experience at an established Production Assistant level or higher.
- Experience of booking freelance crew and organising shoots.
- Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets.
- Experience of raising electronic purchase orders, floats, producing call sheets.
- Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments.
- Previous experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP.
- Good organization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to plan ahead and effectively organise workload.
- Experience working in a sports production environment is desirable.
