At IMG Production & Studios we use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, FIFA, Warner Bros. Discovery, DP World Tour and Amazon Prime. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting content from our four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities. From live coverage to archive, social to branded content, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

What You’ll Do:
Working within IMG Productions award winning audio production team, the Production Coordinator will provide vital logistical, financial and administrative support to the team ensuring, that all production and scheduling requirements are met.
Award winners at The ARIAS and the SJA’s, the team works with sports federations such as Wimbledon, The R&A, UEFA, FIFA, EuroLeague and also provide expert commentary and analysis on BBC Radio 5 Live’s coverage of F1.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2023.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Oversee scheduling of freelancers, including talent
Produce call sheets and risk assessments for all shoots, including carnets and visas.
Plan and book worldwide travel and accommodation for production staff and freelancers
Book equipment and facilities for larger audio productions
Raise purchase orders and process invoices for all resources and freelancers
Cost track across multiple budgets
The opportunity to independently manage smaller projects and production budgets
Liaise with high profile clients and talent
Support Producers and Production Manager on location
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of international shoots
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven organisational skills
Knowledge and understanding of production workflows
Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage
Good understanding of budget processes and implications
Experience in organising national and international travel
Experience in preparing risk assessments, raising purchase orders and processed invoices including tracking of costs.
