Please note this role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
- Preparing timely and accurate shoot-sheets for our studios to use, based on available samples.
- Where applicable create bespoke shoot sheets based on product type and model.
- Work with Studio, Styling and/or Design to ensure styling garments are available at the studio
- Identifying challenges with sample availability and escalating where problems become trends.
- Regularly site-walk the M&S website and identify QC challenges that need resolving. Escalate appropriate route.
- Supporting Imagery Editors to manage the flow of stock through studios including reshoots.
- Provide feedback to the team on studio related issues.
- Ensuring studios and models are booked and escalating any issues efficiently.
- Liaise with retouching team to communicate any changes/additional output requests.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the shoot team, model bookers and retouching team.
- Actively taking part in the development of the imagery for the relevant categories
- QC’ing the website to ensure no errors are seen by our customers.
- Creating and co- ordinating key documents ahead of each season, working with Buyers to attain key information on season ahead, including matching lines, joined lines, top buys and hero products.
About You
- Being able to multitask and organise multiple products and business units in a timely manner.
- Being able to manage the workflow for multiple business units
- A strong communicator and relationship builder
- Experience working across multiple teams and business areas to achieve a common goal
- Experience using multiple systems and a confident user of Microsoft
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of digital retail
- Knowledge of ecommerce
