We are professional, agile, supportive, and our goal is to Founded in 2018 by colourist, designer and author, Cassandra Ellis, we are a team of creatives and craftspeople dedicated to helping our customers tell the story of their home through colour. We are based in Bath (recently relocated from London), at our shop on Walcot Road, and at our Studio in central Bath. We believe paint is the conduit to help everyone tell their story of home. We help our customers live in beautiful homes where they feel safe and happy. Through our paint, our customers feel their homes are their havens – as well as a demonstration of their personal narratives. A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Co-ordinator to join our Factory in Bath.
This position will provide a great opportunity for a determined, bright, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in our small but growing team.
It will suit someone who is quick to learn, has an entrepreneurial spirit and is keen to take on new challenges.
The role involves managing our daily orders, ensuring that they are mixed and packed with precision and good speed. You will also need to make sure that both paint and packaging stock is organised and on hand.
Location: Our Factory in Bath.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing, mixing and packing paint orders, quickly and precisely
- Working with the wider team to ensure all customer orders are managed to a high standard
- Taking in all paint and other deliveries – dealing positively with our delivery drivers and couriers
- Booking daily courier collections and preparing despatch documents
- Weekly stock-taking
- Maintaining the mixing machines and ensuring the mixing and dispatch areas remain clean and tidy on a daily basis.
About you:
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
- You have a good eye for colour and a desire to send out beautifully packaged goods for every order and every customer
- You’ll able to lift heavy boxes and tins of paint
- You have good computer skills – we use a mixture of Apple and Microsoft.
- You are personable, organised and proactive
- You are process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
- You have a proven track record of successfully completing tasks on deadline and to a high standard

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
