Job description
Purpose of the job:To provide assistance and support to the manufacturing of garments to company quality standards. There is an expectation that this role will provide general support in the production environment; including the warehouse and embroidery, where required.Working Relationships:Team Leader, Management, other Sewing Machine Operators and Warehousing colleagues.Main Responsibilities/Tasks:1. Completion of work/orders for required garment construction2. Produce accurate work in line with company, quality and productivity targets3. Quality Checks to be carried out (all Individuals are responsible for checking their own work, before passing on to the next stage of production) but further checks may be required4. Warehouse Support, including packing and unpacking crates from exhibitions.5. Any other reasonable work requested by management.Your Key Responsibilities:Using your initiative, you will provide production support to the overall Ilasco garment line.To support warehouse team where required.This role requires you have strong organisation skills, excellent people skills and be highly effective at communicating at all times.
