Job Description Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Production Assistant to join the Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) Creative Studio. Supporting Lloyds Banking Group’s communications objectives internally and externally through the creation of innovative video-based content, you will be part of a highly skilled team of creative professionals.

Working hand in hand with our videographer/filmmakers, editors, motion graphic specialists and Lead Producer ensuring that all assigned elements of pre, production and post requirements run smoothly. Assisting in the development of our creative executions, as well as supporting logistics. Contributing to brainstorms, treatment writing, location scouting, permits & insurances, scheduling voiceover artists, travel booking, participant liaison, and managing call sheets & project budgets.
You will be as organised and reliable, as you are thoughtful and creative, responsible for capturing a range of authentic content of colleagues, customers and communities. Working on projects and requests sourced from the GCA Teams, and supporting the wider Group where capacity allows.
Able to demonstrate experience an understanding the process of filming, lighting, and sound on location or set. With the ability to assist on shoots where required and have a passion for creative development.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work well under pressure. The ability to stay calm whilst making quick decisions will be important. You’ll be a meticulous planner with an eye for detail, yet flexible and agile enough to change plans when production plans change.
Key capabilities:
  • Experience in filmed content production, primarily digital and social.
  • A strong understanding of the video production industry and its processes.
  • Organised, reliable and proactive, making sure pre-production and shoot days run smoothly.
  • A focus on creative excellence, with the desire to enhance communications, and create better experiences for our audiences.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet commitments.
  • Good partner management, adapting approach in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
  • Problem-solving and sound decision-making skills, especially in limited time
  • Demonstrate a strong collaborative ethic.
Qualifications
  • Significant production experience and/or education certification in a related field.
  • Excellent organisational, verbal, and writing/proofing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, predominantly including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Advantageous to have experience in the editing software Adobe Premiere, as well as on set experience in camera handling, lighting and audio.
  • Familiarity with digital content performance metrics.
  • A full clean driving license.
Salary advertised is based on London location. Other locations subject to different ranges.
