The Regenerative Clinic group is a world leading global clinic with experts providing regenerative treatments, including pain relieving injections for orthopaedic and sport injuries. They specialise in avoiding surgery wherever possible by using some of the world’s most advanced treatments to optimise healing.
We are now looking for a dedicated and supportive Production Assistant Administrator within the Business Development division who can guarantee that all our results are processed in accordance with our service level agreements and to the high standards expected by our customers.
You will act in a supporting role to the Administration Manager and promote a leading role within the administration team.
Must have a can-do attitude and be highly adaptive to change and be able to react quickly and promptly to business needs
Responsibilities:
- Checking clients into the a booking system for the correct Appointment
- Insuring all systems are up to date and reconciled throughout the day and at the end
- Assuring appointments are completed and processed followed
Duties:
- Greeting clients into testing areas
- Assuring they are registered with a patient ID Pass
- Locating and assuring you are dealing with the correct client within the system
- Taking responsibility for the client receiving the correct appointment they are booked in for
- Assigning the correct unique identifier for the Laboratory to process the sample
- To keep a quick and prompt communication with production.
to give and receive updates and to send queries and await responses
Requirements:
- Applicants to be flexible with work and have an understanding of Film/TV Production work style
- Freely available to relocate temporarily to new location to follow the production
- Strong Administration and IT Skills
- Strong Problem Solver
- Fast learner in new operating system
- Strong English communication
- Adhere to strict NDA Agreements
- Full UK Driving License and willing to travel between different work locations
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 4-6 months
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff get Covid-19 staff testing fortnightly with Covid-19 antigens always readily available for use anytime, Common Surfaces are wiped down regularly at the start and end of every shift
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)
