Production Administrator Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established and successful organisation in Telford. Framexpress is Shropshire’s leading PVCu window and door manufacturer.
We are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on administrative professional to join us as our Production Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis.
Working closely with the Production Manager you will provide administrative and clerical support to contribute towards the efficient operation of the production department.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Input and plan the production schedule based on customer requirements and to suit the transport department.
· Collating orders to be sent for production.
· Manage production records and data for the Production department.
· Assist with weekly production time and attendance administration.
· Maintenance of databases relevant to the specific area of work, including customised spreadsheets
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be competent in all Microsoft packages, particularly Microsoft Excel with a methodical and thorough approach to work.
Any experience with First Degree Systems, Windows designer software would be advantageous but this is not essential as full training on the software will be provided.
In addition, you will need:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise your workload.
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well within a team and autonomously to get the work completed.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
