The Role:
Cladco Profile’s head office is based in Okehampton, Devon, however, this position is exclusively for our Andover branch. We are the leading supplier of composite decking and roofing sheets in the UK; due to rapid expansion over previous years, and with plans to continue this growth further in the future, we are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator in our Andover branch. This employee will assist with the day to day running of the department by providing administrative support. The role will be integral to the running of the business through good communication with suppliers, customers, and staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Taking calls/emails, logging jobs and allocating enquiries.
- Inputting data and maintaining jobs and records on our internal database.
- Updating customers with the status of orders.
- Answering all customer enquiries promptly to resolve any complaints or issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the Transport team by maintaining an effective means of communication between our Andover and Okehampton offices.
- Acting as a liaison for third party hauliers.
- Establishing active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary.
- Carrying out various operational support tasks as directed by the Andover Branch Manager.
- General admin support for the team and wider department.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience of work scheduling - beneficial, but training will be provided.
- Previous administration experience beneficial.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good team player and able to work on own initiative.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise projects and accurately meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems at an early stage.
- IT literate and experienced in working with MS Office Applications.
- SAP Business One system knowledge beneficial – however training will be provided.
- Civica Transend knowledge beneficial – however training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
