Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm + 9am to 5.30pm
Salary increase in April 2023!
- £22,672 + £1200 Attendance bonus = £23,872
- Up-selling bonus - average £200 per month = £26,200!
- The Up-selling bonus is uncapped
We are recruiting for passionate and customer focused individuals to join a global organisation based in Warrington. You will be joining a specialist customer service team to provide new and existing customers with the best possible customer service.
Types of calls:
- Change customers details
- Taking payments
- Setup direct debits
- Deal with billing enquiries
- Resolve any issues customers are facing
- Resolve complaints
- Suggest the best products and services for the customers
Start Dates: 14th or 28th March
