Job description
- Screen, and help referral candidates are evaluated and considered for open roles. This role is functional expert and has a deep understanding on the hiring needs, position specifications, and requirements
- Auditing and pushing job applicant activity and tracking
- Handling the flow of resumes that are seen by the recruiters and hiring managers
- Attending meanings and aligning to long-term business goals and hiring needs and more
- Advocate for NVIDIA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ERP trends to ensure team performance and manage partner relationships
- You will be someone who has a solid basic grasp of technology and technical buzz words
- 1-3+ years of sourcing or staffing experience (with experience sourcing using LinkedIn, the open web, resume databases, etc.)
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, be discerning, prioritize and work with a high sense of urgency
- If you have ATS or candidate database tracking experience will be advantageous (ideally Workday, but others are fine too)
- You are someone who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- You have enthusiasm and passion to contribute and perform in a high-performing team environment and be team oriented
- Expertise in advanced talent search techniques including Boolean, sourcing tools (i.e. applicant tracking systems), online niche resources, LinkedIn, the open web, and resume databases.
- Ability to provide insight and aptitude for data and reporting
- Worked at a high-tech company in some type of hardware or software recruiting capacity
- Demonstrable track record in a high-volume environment – preferably in recruiting, but other demanding fields will also be considered
- Strong understanding of recruiting, process, manager feedback and ability to read, and understand quickly
