Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30.

This role involves responding quickly to customers who contact us through various channels; Phone, Emails, Web chat and Social Media - giving them an excellent customer experience.
You will start as a Product Support Advisor and have the opportunity to develop and progress your career with us.

About The Job
- This role exists within a busy call centre environment providing technical advice.
- You will answer telephone and email enquiries from Garmin Europe consumers.
- You will provide excellent quality advice in order to meet daily personal and team performance targets.
About You
· You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking with customers
· You will have a strong interest in gadgets and technology, so you may be a gaming enthusiast or interested in any electronics e.g. mobile phones
· Previous experience in a customer focused job will be an advantage but not essential
· Good data recording and administration skills will also be required
- You must be comfortable with multitasking in your work
· You should have a good standard of written and spoken Polish and English
