About the role
A key member of our well-respected and successful team of product specialists, this challenging role is home based, but with a customer-facing field bias thats designed to help increase market share. Indeed, well rely on you to seek out, support and develop customers in conjunction with our field sales team and provide application and product knowledge during joint visits and project meetings for our which include chillers, heat exchangers, Sensors, media separated valves, clean wet pumps and process gas controls. Youll also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for the product, plus you may well get to be part of European working groups and participate in meetings held with our Europe colleagues. In short, this is an interesting, varied and vital role at the heart of our Product Solutions team.
What youll need
To succeed, youll ideally need proven knowledge of the types of applications found in the non-invasive life science/ electronics industry for example fluid and/or gas handling, analytical instruments for fluids and gases as these are the types of market areas youd be working in. Comfortable presenting to customers and colleagues as you are liaising with them to solve problems from a technical perspective, a flexible approach and ability to manage a busy workload, including planning and managing your own projects, is important too. Youll also need a valid passport and driving license as some UK and European travel will be involved.
