As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Freelance Sales Executive to collaborate with our elite team.

Our Approach:

  • Event Discovery: We kick off our engagement by understanding your needs and preferences. We aim to get a crystal-clear vision of your ideal event experience.
  • Planning and Coordination: With the vision in mind, we work closely with you to create a detailed event plan. Our coordination with vendors and other parties ensures everything runs smoothly.
  • Set Up and Implementation: We start bringing the plan to life, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure all elements of the event are seamlessly executed.
  • Experience Delivery: The final step is where everything comes together. Your vision comes to life, transforming an event into an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research and generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients, closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Respond to client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Report on sales performance periodically to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve provided services and product quality.

Additional Duties:
As a key freelance contributor to Crown, the Sales Executive will be expected to contribute to the growth of the company. This includes generating leads for potential new business, which comes with a commission percentage for each successful lead.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the events space - specifically luxury and corporate events.
  • Knowledge of event management and the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital in the event industry.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
