As Senior Product Specialist - Connectivity - you are responsible for the Product Management of the communications connectivity layer between Uniphore’s platform and 3rd party communications and contact center systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Partnership team to interact and interface with partners to build and manage connectivity integrations, arrange for test labs, and any other product or technical documentation required for integrations and certifications.
- Work with communication partners on an ongoing basis to remain up to date with their roadmap and release plans and use to define a Uniphore connectivity roadmap for each partner integration.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to prioritize and schedule integration work into the Uniphore roadmap and release plan.
- Work with Uniphore Engineering & QA to ensure that up-to-date lab environments for key integration partners are maintained.
- Work with Uniphore Delivery & Support to identify issues or key problems with existing integrations and proactively seek solutions through closely working with the communication partner and/or Engineering.
- Work collaboratively with the GTM and operational teams on the product roadmap, timings, and key product milestones
- Report to Product Management leadership & operations on progress against ongoing roadmaps for communication integrations.
- Ensure that new communication integrations and upgrades to existing are supported with robust documentation.
- Respond to queries from the wider business about communication integrations.
Required Skills / Experience
- Domain knowledge of telephony and contact center platforms, including Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, and other leading communications platforms.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with 2+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in working in Agile methodologies and maintaining successful working relationships with engineering
- Proven analytical thinking, big picture & business thinking, leadership, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail
