Fish Brothers are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our new Select Used Cars centre in Swindon.

The successful candidate must be passionate and knowledgeable about used vehicles. We expect sales execs to take time to understand the specification, history, and provenance of the cars we have in stock. As the Sales Executive, you will sell vehicles to clients whilst providing an outstanding quality of customer service. Developing an in-depth understanding of the current car inventory, you will become an expert on all the models that we sell and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. You will close sales effectively, complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, and offer services, warranties, and financing, overcoming any objections. You will also develop previous and new customers into frequent buyers by building rapport and understanding of their requirements and interests, suggesting trade-ins and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

Customer Satisfaction is vital with our customers and you will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also maximise sales opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.

Other main accountability's include maximising profit by following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products. You will need to ensure that you accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data (adhering to the Company's FCA obligations) in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

We welcome candidates both from within the automotive sales industry and other sales backgrounds. You will need to demonstrate confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent. Candidates should be well-presented with a desire, character and attitude to succeed. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers is also vital as is a full driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
