Are you looking for an exciting new role within the Homes Division of Santander? Do you want to be an integral part in the design and management of homes strategy? If so, please read on.
This role, based in the homes division will focus on the aspiration of Santander becoming the best mortgage provider in the UK.
You will work in collaboration with an experienced supportive team and although this role is based in Milton Keyes, it gives you the flexibility to work on a hybrid approach.
This role will contribute to the development of the on-going strategy and performance management within Homes.. You will be part of this by supporting the creation of robust credit risk strategies and financial models and being partly accountable for the delivery of these propositions as well as the management of these portfolios in a BAU environment.
This role is a full-time permanent position based in Milton Keynes but gives you the flexibility to work on a hybrid approach.
The difference you’ll make.
Playing a key role designing, validating, and managing of homes strategy, including setting and managing a broad set of KPIs to achieve the strategy.
Collaborating with and challenge colleagues from across the bank to delivery against Homes strategic goals
Analysing internal financial, non-financial and customer data to benchmark performance and identify lending opportunities.
Condensing a multitude of information into digestible insight for senior managers to understand homes strategy, performance, and opportunities.
Digesting financial MI, and produce financial reports when required, presenting these within the relevant forums.
Commercializing acumen to assess the opportunities created by third party relationships.
What you’ll bring.
Ability to lead development of high-quality analysis that results in customer centric decisions that achieve business commercial objectives.
An excellent communicator with experience in writing and creating presentations for a range of audiences, including senior leaders and non-specialists.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Previous experience in strategy and planning roles
What else you need to know.
As mentioned, this is a permanent, hybrid position with a current expectation of working 2 days from the Santander offices in Milton Keynes. Its advised that the team generally have Tuesday and Thursday in the office, but this is not a direct requirement.
