An individual contributor role focusing on savings products.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Proposition Manager as part of a close-knit team responsible for Personal Savings Product Propositions within Santander Retail Bank. It’s a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank, so it’s a great time to join and make a difference.

This position has responsibility for developing and managing customer propositions and strategies related to personal savings accounts. It is a commercially orientated role with a strong emphasis on creating good outcomes for customers and the Bank.

The difference you’ll make.

  • Developing a people culture of high performance, pace, collaborative problem solving and robust decision-making.

  • Support end-to-end launch of new propositions in the market

  • Designing and delivery of Product initiatives, including Pricing

  • Managing product P&L / Balance Sheet.

  • Driving customer growth and Digital adoption

  • Managing data analysis and research to determine product development and prioritisation.

  • Managing budget and project funding requirements and business case approval.

What you’ll bring.

  • Product management experience with a strong customer and commercial focus

  • Communication skills with strong stakeholder and project management skills

It would also be nice for you to have.

A degree-level qualification or beyond.

  • Financial services experience

  • Santander UK experience

  • Experience of prioritisation

What else you need to know.

The role will be Milton Keynes based, requiring on average 1 day a week in the office.
