What is the job role?Axholme Services supports citizens with enduring Mental Health illness with their recovery journey and on to independence within the community. We provide support within our reablement unit as well as delivering Outreach to people living independently in the community.
The role involves working on a 7-day rolling rota to include weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties. Enhancements are made for shift work as well as additional payments for sleep-in duties.
This role is 25 hours per week.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
Experience is not essential but enthusiasm, the ability to encourage people, and respect citizens’ rights and choices whilst at all times treating people with dignity and respect is essential.
The interview process will be over two sessions the first session will be group interviews and written assessments and the second stage will be a formal interview.
