Our Investments Propositions team in Wealth Management is looking for a new Product Proposition Executive to manage and deliver a programme of communications to both customers and colleagues, along with supporting the team in product development.
You’ll join the team who manage investment product propositions and marketing with responsibility for supporting achievement of the business value plan through delivery of propositions and campaigns, customer and internal communications and sound risk management.
Flexible in your approach, you may be working on a variety of initiatives across the team.
The difference you’ll make.
Developing and delivering of supporting customer communications (letters, literature etc), internal communications (adviser and operational teams) and award submissions.
Working across different business areas and 3rd parties to ensure understanding of the requirement and timely delivery of activities.
Reporting and reviewing the performance of direct communications MI making improvement recommendations where appropriate.
Owning the content on the Wealth websites across retail, Select and Private
Supporting the delivery of the implementation of the Private and Select marketing plans
What you’ll bring.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills developed through experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders, along with the ability to deliver clearly worded communications for both customers and colleagues.
Analytical skills - ability to understand and analyse business and customer metrics and insights.
You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)
It would also be nice for you to have.
Organisational skills, with demonstrable ability to proactively manage multiple and competing priorities to deliver successful outcomes at pace
Project management skills or prior experience of working on change or transformation projects with the ability to pro-actively drive your own outcomes
PowerPoint / presentation skills and proficiency in the Microsoft office suite of products (Excel etc) and the ability to interpret and manipulate data into meaningful insights
An understanding of the Investments market and products

We’ll be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This is a full time permanent role which allows for hybrid working, 2 days in the office, dependent on BAU requirements.
