Join the successful in-house Digital Services Team of our vibrant city’s local government.
We are transforming existing services, driving digital transformation initiatives and enhancing our services to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities include
- Work in partnership with Delivery Managers for multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams to deliver excellent new products
- Develop an expert understanding of the users’ needs and champion these in the delivery of your product
- Bring together views and input from a wide range of contributors, such as senior stakeholders, front line staff, developers and analysts in order to create prioritised product features and define product roadmaps
Skills required
- Strong track record of the successful delivery and management of high-quality digital products/services
- Experience of representing a group of customers, resolving their competing priorities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate the rationale for product and service decisions.
- Enthusiasm for working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at appropriately challenging the accepted way of doing things, eliciting innovative solutions.
