We need your help to make this happen. We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner with experience in digital deliveries from customer led design, right through to deployment.
Key Accountabilities:
Establish and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap and OKRs for Small Business
Lead backlog prioritisation - prioritise and curate feature backlog within the quarterly product plan
Define product / journey / feature scope, communicates that clearly (i.e. definition of done). Assess asks/requirements and produce user stories and acceptance criteria
Drive delivery - Ensure velocity, value and quality of delivery is achieved. Lead an agile multi-disciplinary delivery squad
Outcomes Realisation - own definition and realisation of customer and business outcomes (OKRs), specifically conversion, volume vs. value, AOV, NPV and NPS
Manage Risks - maintain awareness of regulatory, legal, privacy risks, set out related controls, define mitigating actions escalating when needed
Encourage Innovation – create culture of constant innovation, using customer insight and data, market / technology trends to drive the focus
Continuously seek customer feedback and service improvements to resolve pain points to maintain a market leading NPS
Manage and prioritise eCommerce change for Small Business to optimise conversion rate
Set up, manage and analyse e-commerce performance working with analysts
Embed best-in-class eCommerce practices and a test-and-learn culture to drive quick decision-making and inform product and journey development
Work with Small Business commercial and support teams to understand and manage regulatory, legal, new product launches and go-to-market
Your Experience & Skills:
Previous experience of leading digital change in a complex programme
Digital transformation at a strategic level and roadmap delivery with demonstrable outcomes
Proven ability to lead and take e2e leadership for the design, prioritisation, and delivery of a digital and or product roadmap
Experience of defining and briefing clear business requirements, working closely with Technology delivery and Digital design teams
Experience of working with agile and lean methodologies, preferred
Proven ability to effectively prioritise business requirements, and exercise good business judgement, based on commercial and customer objectives
