Job Title :The Product Owner, Plant Maintenance
Location : GSK House
22 month FTC
Job Purpose :
The Product Owner, Plant Maintenance within the GP&T ERP team is a key role within GSK supporting out ambitions in factory operations
The product owner is responsible for working with the business to develop the roadmap for their product domain as well as leading the teams to deliver on the agreed priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing product roadmaps for all products in the plan maintenance area
- Product management: Accountable for managing the product backlog and prioritizing all Digital & Tech services within their respective product domain, ensuring continuous feedback from business customers and end users. Partner other tech groups as required to align and agree plans
- Quality, Risk & Compliance: Accountable for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements
- Service Management: Accountable for Level 3 support in the Plant Maintenance area
- Process Improvement: Contributing to ongoing product and business process improvements, embedding agile
- Integrations: In collaboration with Solution Architecture, ensure that data integrations are efficient, accurate and secure. This also includes building reporting capabilities that support both operational reporting as well as analytic reporting.
- People Management: Accountable for line managing of the product owners and experts in the plant maintenance area
Why You!
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Configuration experience in one or multiple of core SAP ECC modules ideally including Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communication skills at senior level.
- Very good understanding of plant maintenance processes
- Very good understanding and experience on Agile Methodology and Product Management
- Experience of multiple delivery cycles (agile/waterfall)
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence leadership and decision-making using data
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in line management and developing teams
- Knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager
- Knowledge of SAP Project Systems
- Understanding the SAP plant maintenance integration into other processes (material and service procurement, quality, finance, MRP planning etc)
