Your role
You will be primarily accountable for all the needs of an End User related product / service, both functional and non-functional, and for keeping track of this in the backlog.
Your responsibilities will typically include:

- liaising with stakeholders
- owning the commercial and technical product specification, ensuring the quality of the product including technical and non-functional requirements, e.g. production stability, performance, availability and maintainability
- prioritizing activities and maintaining the pod backlog
- developing a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap and aligning it with the crew product lead, crew technical lead, chapter leads and POs in other pods for related products
- aligning pod's high level book of work to Crew level and above OKRs in collaboration with pod members and crew leads
- acting as an interface between the internal and external clients and their pod and making sure client needs are understood and delivered
- ensuring compliance of the product with risk (e.g. ORI, MER, KPC), security policies, and architecture & technology standards
- supporting audit requests/activities and being accountable that evidence for adherence/compliance is available and up-to-date

You’ll be working in the End User Services team, within CDIO Technology Services. Technology Services is an 8000+ strong global team that is responsible for providing infrastructure engineering, security and production support for UBS
