Are you looking for a field sales role where you can earn uncapped commission with the security of a full time salary, cash car allowance and a raft of other benefits?

This field sales role is with a dynamic company going through a period of rapid growth.

This is a field based role with a basic salary from £26k, uncapped commission in addition to a £6k Cash Car Allowance, Employee Equity Plan, Health Plan, Gym & Retail Discounts + 25 days holiday.

This telecoms company is bringing next-level full fibre broadband to towns and villages across the East of England and East Midlands. Their growth trajectory that is aggressive, bold and exciting!

The Field Sales Executives will therefore be working in their local communities to harness this interest and pre-register potential customers.

Each Field Sales Executive will help drive customer adoption, taking full advantage of our client’s unique selling points so consumers understand they have better broadband options than the status-quo.

Previous sales experience is not necessary, you may be starting out in your career, or this may be an opportunity to take your career in a new direction.

The key to success in this role is your interpersonal skills, ability to engage others and your willingness to learn what customers really want as these will play a key part in your day-to-day role generating leads and increasing brand awareness.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day!

· Generating leads through channels assigned to you by the Sales Manager and Community Liaison Manager

· Meeting prospects face-to-face to drive new sales by all means available, including door to door

· Upselling additional added value products and services to customers

· Daily travel to engage with consumers to help understand their needs

· Working with other members of the Commercial Team (primarily social media) and the Engineering Team to maximise growth

· Looking for opportunities to enhance the brand and marketing campaigns and grow additional sales channels

· Utilising CRM and other software to track sales pipeline and other sales activity metrics
