We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Product Team!
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams; including developers, designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of owning the end to end development lifecycle, as well as experience in developing and delivering successful products.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Develop and manage the product backlog, and prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood, and to provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Support user acquisition and engagement through effective product positioning, messaging, and feature development.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop go-to-market plans and pricing strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, and track progress against these KPIs over time.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including game studios, publishers, and other relevant industry players.
- Manage and mentor junior product owners, and develop their skills and expertise in product management.
What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?
- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling mobile games, from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
