We now need Product Owners to help us deliver on our ambition. Our PO’s work across the experience and several key digital channels. The challenges could be anything from how we better cross-sell/upsell or better our digital offering instore through to how we better our promotions engine or improve our listings and details pages. The channels you could be working across include the Currys website, future app, our instore digital colleague hub and our video help service (Shoplive).
Key responsibilities:
Roadmap experience, including the writing of Epics/Stories and grooming of priorities- Experience in hypotheses creation through data-driven development, using the data and insights to spot opportunities
- Experience in mapping out the customer experience against the strategy
- Experience working in a test and learn environment
- Manage the lifecycle of your products from MVP to retirement
- As part of the Omni and eCommerce team, you will need to engage with trade, UX/UI, analytics and the optimisation teams and work collaboratively with those teams
- You will need to understand the wider ecosystem of Currys and how the digital services work and where we can improve our experience
- To achieve success in your role you will need strong communication skills across all levels of the business, which will include presenting to senior managers
Key skills and experience:
- To work with the Product Owners, Principal Product Managers, Senior Product Managers and the Head of Product to help with the strategy and vision
- Understand the finances and goals across the business and the problems we are trying to solve.
- Have excellent analytical and commercial skills to create data-driven decision making and test and learn actions
- Strong communicator who collaborates across a variety of teams and stakeholders
- Experience in modern product approaches and methodologies.
- Align and motivate your team to the goals of the business
- Excellent management skills to empower and motivate your team
