By joining us as a Product Owner, you’ll use your proven expertise in building relationships to help support our mission of creating life changing technology with a global impact. You’ll ensure that we’re building incredible products that our clients & users love, and ultimately, help change millions of lives for the better!

- Leading creative and technical conversations.
- Developing a strategic plan for your product’s success.
- Managing change requests from the client & communicating this effectively to the team.
- Working with Delivery Managers to ship updates on a regular release schedule to drive continuous improvement of the product.
- Being a champion of our products and having expert knowledge of them
- Leading a culture of celebration & ensure everyone understands the impact of our product.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience of working in an Agile Environment as a Product Owner and managing a backlog. We’d ideally like at least 3 years professional experience.
- Experience of acting as the bridge between clients, stakeholders, technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge and understanding of Mobile App development (Both iOS and Android operating systems)
- A solid understanding of how to successfully bring products to market and the ability to confidently advise clients on this.
- Detailed insight into product users, and what will motivate them.
- Experience of using work tools such as Jira, Avion & Google Analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Exceptional presenting skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and events both internally and externally
- Excellent networking skills, including being able to create and nurture relationships with people at all levels of business
- An interest in technological and cultural trends that could have an impact on your product.
