  • What you’ll be doing
  • Implement continuous improvement opportunities to allow the product team to have more time on delivering and producing high quality products
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication regarding workflows, project estimations, and long-range planning
  • Support the building of partnerships with senior stakeholders and other product leaders to spearhead the ongoing development and improvement of product operational workflows
  • Refine roadmap planning and develop a comprehensive operating plan with both immediate and long-term goals and milestones
  • Support the alignment across the product organisation in collaboration with engineering and design management teams on project details, creative needs, timelines and scope
  • Support the product org. ways of working and scaling and adoption across digital teams
  • Continuously develop and share with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in product operations
  • Establish and maintain the Product communities and knowledge sharing activities with counterparts across BT Group Digital areas
  • Ensure the right physical and digital environment exists for our product people to excel in their jobs, including the best approach to onboarding, hardware/software tools, location communities and workplace optimisation.
  • Facilitate product communications both internally and in conjunction with the product directors, internal comms and external PR teams

Skills and experience you’d be expected to have
  • Excellent knowledge of key product skills / tools / ways of working and agile practices
  • Experience of working in a large, complex product driven organisation
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • High degree of commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence and assertiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented - ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment
  • Fast learner with ability to operate effectively in new environments
