Job description
Recognised for the 2nd year running as a World Class Business to Work for by Best Companies in 2022, this year we aim to be even better. Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. Our mission is to radically improve the property industry for everyone.
People moving home regularly cite a lack of transparency and a painfully slow process, and that’s often due to the technology in Estate Agent’s hands.
For the past seven years, we’ve been working hard to change that.
To help us on our mission, we have a brand new role at Street Group; we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Product Marketing Manager. Joining our dynamic and ambitious Marketing team, helping to build and deliver Street Group’s proposition, and working in the space between the product and sales teams to communicate with current customers and prospects.
We're on a mission to put the joy back into moving. Building on the success of our flagship product Spectre, a game-changer for estate agency marketing, we’ve continued to focus on building incredible technology to revolutionise the property industry.
Over the past three years, we've been working on Street.co.uk- our groundbreaking CRM product that puts transparency, user experience and beautiful design at the heart of our industry. We’ve got big plans and as a Product Marketing Manager you will play a key part in ensuring clients continue to love our software!
If you love autonomy, are naturally curious, and want to have a genuine impact within a growing company, we think you’d fit right in!
The Marketing Team:
The Marketing Team is a tight-knit, super-efficient group of creatives and challengers who take each day as an opportunity to drive success. You'll be working alongside brand experts, as well as our teams in product and commercial sales to ensure we are truly delivering what our clients are looking for. You will act as the bridge between departments, defining our value proposition and truly becoming the voice of our customers.
Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Product Marketing Manager at Street Group:
- Developing and refining our value proposition
- Taking ownership of our go-to-market strategy
- Become the dedicated point of contact between the Product and Brand team
- Taking part in the feedback loop between Commercial, Marketing and Product
- Support the training of teams to ensure messaging and updates are provided to all areas of the business and then relayed to the customer in the most efficient way.
- Be the voice of the customer in marketing
- Own delivery across all areas of the customer lifecycle
- Continuously identify product education initiatives and opportunities to ensure customers understand the full value of products
- Provide market research and external insights
Who we're looking for
- Experience working in B2B Tech/SaaS would be beneficial
- Technical acumen to be able to translate technical features from our product teams into benefits and values for our brand and commercial teams.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience working full-time in a marketing or product manager role.
- You are curious and are a critical thinker
- You have a background in planning the launch of new products and services in a company
- You’re a self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time, handling multiple projects at once
- You’re a team player who’s happy to work with people from all areas of the business.
- An understanding of the B2B customer journey/life cycle
- Naturally inquisitive, comfortable in questioning, challenging and exploring new approaches to solve problems.
Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and were about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria; please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application!
